First: are you looking for game help?
Adopt Me! Guide is a fan reference. We cannot give you items, restore a pet, resolve a trade dispute, or unban an account β nobody outside the game can. Please use the official routes:
| Your problem | Where to go |
|---|---|
| In-game bug, missing item, general game question | Adopt Me! Support β ticket form at upliftgames.zendesk.com (linked from the official playadopt.me/support page) |
| Hacked account, stolen pets, a bad trade | Report the trade in-game with the Trade License. The official support page states plainly that Adopt Me Support does not provide assistance for hacks or scams |
| Threats, bullying, harassment, discrimination, other Community Standards violations | Roblox Support β roblox.com/support |
About email: the official Adopt Me! support operation publishes no public support email address. Its only support entry point is the ticket form above. If a page or a message claims to be official support and gives you an email address, treat it as a scam β the official team does not contact players asking for account details.
Second: found a mistake on this site?
That is what we want to hear about, and it is genuinely useful. This site is written from dated sources, and when a source changes we want to change with it.
What to send:
- The page β the URL, or the path (for example
/values/). - What is wrong β quote the sentence if you can.
- What it should say β and if you have one, a source: an official page, an official post, or a dated screenshot. Corrections with a source get fixed fastest, because we can verify them instead of guessing.
- When you saw it β dates matter a lot on this site. A value or an event date is only as good as the day it was read.
What we do with it: we verify against the original source. If we can confirm the change, we update the page and move its last-checked date. If we cannot confirm it, we tell you that instead of quietly changing the page. If two sources genuinely disagree, we publish the disagreement β see how the codes page handles exactly that case.
Current contact status. *This site does not publish a public inbox yet.* We are not going to print an email address that nobody monitors β a contact route that silently swallows messages is worse than none. Until a monitored inbox exists, in-site corrections are collected through the site's usual publishing process, and this page will be updated with a real address the day one exists.
What not to send: account credentials, one-time codes, payment details, or anything about buying or selling pets, accounts or Robux for real money. We do not deal in any of that, and we will not help with it β see the terms page.
