What is Adopt Me!?

Adopt Me! is a free pet-adoption and roleplay game inside Roblox, developed by Uplift Games. You hatch eggs on Adoption Island, raise the pets that come out of them, earn Bucks, buy and furnish houses, dress up your avatar and trade with other players.
It launched on 14 July 2017 and still updates almost every week, so the pet catalogue keeps growing and event pets stop being obtainable once their event ends. Trading is the real endgame — and because Uplift Games publishes no official value list, players price pets from community data instead.
Adopt Me! publishes no official value list, so every number on this site comes from a community tracker, is labelled with the tracker's name, and carries the date it was read. Where a figure has no first-party source, the page says so instead of guessing.

Three steps, in order.
1. Adopt your first pet
Reach Adoption Island, buy an egg at the Nursery and hatch it. Feed, bathe and sleep the pet to age it up from newborn to full-grown.
2. Earn your first Bucks
Bucks come from pet care, daily tasks and events. The Earn Bucks page compares what actually pays per hour and what it needs first.
3. Make your first trade
Trading unlocks after a short play requirement. Read the trading steps first, and check values on both sides before you accept anything.

Is this the official Adopt Me! website?
No. Adopt Me! Guide is an unofficial fan project — the official site is playadopt.me, and the game itself is the Roblox experience [🐈] Adopt Me! by Uplift Games. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Uplift Games or Roblox.
Why does Roblox show the game as "[🐈] Adopt Me!" with a cat emoji?
Because the emoji prefix is part of the official Roblox listing name, not a sign of a copycat. The cat emoji comes from the developer, Uplift Games, and the experience is the same one players simply call Adopt Me!.
Is Adopt Me! the same as the "Adopt Me" song or other pet games on Roblox?
No. Songs and game soundtracks also use the name Adopt Me, and other Roblox pet games run their own separate economies and value lists, so nothing on this site applies to them. Everything here covers the Roblox experience developed by Uplift Games.
Does Adopt Me! publish official pet values?
No. Uplift Games has never published an official pet value list, so every number comes from community trackers that model demand and availability. That is why each value here carries the tracker name and the date it was read, and why two trackers can disagree on a rare pet.
Can Adopt Me! Support give me back a pet I lost in a scam?
No. Adopt Me! Support does not restore pets or items after a scam — it runs a ticket form at upliftgames.zendesk.com and publishes no email address. Report the trade with the in-game Trade License, and take account or hacking issues to Roblox Support instead.
Is Adopt Me! free to play?
Yes. Adopt Me! is free on Roblox and you do not need Robux to play it; Robux buys optional cosmetics, pets such as the 75-Robux Kitty Biscuit, and convenience items. The values on this site are player-set trade prices, not a shop price list.
